New Hires and Promotions April – June 2019

Dana Weaver was promoted from Senior VP of Finance to Chief Financial Officer! Dana has been a loyal team member steadfast keeper of our records and finances for nearly nine years now. Her promotion is based on her achievement of a series of key goals and objectives in areas of Finance and Compliance.
Idan Warshawski was promoted from Director of Cloud Operations to Vice President of Cloud Operations and Information Security! Upon joining the iSeatz team in June of 2017, Idan was an immediate positive impact on the business. Over the past two years, Idan has worked diligently to create a department that is laser-focused on people, process and achieving corporate objectives. With the need for an increased focus on system security, along with the growing complexity required to manage our cloud operations, Idan will continue to play a crucial role in our company’s continued success. Congratulations Idan!
Zivile Goodwin was promoted from Associate Software Engineer to Software Engineer! Zivile joined us in September of 2017 and has embraced our desire to keep our code clean and consistent across applications. She has taken on mentoring new developers, not only with the technologies that we’re using but also ensuring those standards are communicated to everyone. Most recently, Zivile has been instrumental in pulling together Design and Development to make sure we’re approaching the build of a new system in the most efficient way possible for our clients. Congratulations Zivile!
Jason Stinson was promoted from IT Service Desk Administrator to IT and Facilities Manager! Jason joined us in June of 2017 and quickly became an impact player in the world of IT administration while simultaneously assuming many other responsibilities related to managing our facility. Jason embodies the most basic yet most important aspects of customer service for every employee at iSeatz. Most recently, Jason has balanced his core responsibilities with helping to plan and manage through the addition of over 40 employees in the iSeatz office, which is no easy task. Congratulations Jason!
Zach Wallace was promoted from Project Analyst to Project Analyst Team Lead! Zach joined us in September of 2017 and has provided a tremendous amount of insight and visibility by way of analytics and reporting. In October of last year, Arielle joined iSeatz to support Zach, thereby allowing him to dive deeper into several important projects. Most recently, Zach developed a set of dashboards that are elevating our ability to analyze project performance. Under his leadership, his team was instrumental in developing a framework for consistent reporting across all projects. Congratulations Zach!
Danielle Matherne– UI/UX Team lead
With a complementary skill set as art director and interactive developer, Danielle will enable the team to bring partner concepts from idea through design, in a smart, creative user experience. With her development background, her partnership with front-end architects and developers will elevate our partnership between Design and Delivery team to even greater levels.

Jennifer Taylor – Business Analyst Manager
Jen is a seasoned technology leader with experience in telecommunications, transportation, medical claims and collections, video management equipment, and most recently GE Power Services and GE Oil & Gas. She has held individual contributor and leadership positions in development, QA, and Business Analyst.

Ryan Colgin – UI/UX Designer
Ryan has a passion for great design, an appreciation of frontend dev, and Google Material Design know-how.
“I get to spend time making functioning, attractive interfaces on the web easier for people to use.”
Christopher Dixon – Software Engineer Team Lead
Chris, has joined iSeatz as a Team Lead. He comes to us from GE where he was a Senior Front End developer working on solutions in the Renewables space.
“I have been really fortunate and have always worked on great team. Working with the individuals on those teams definitely is the best part of my job I also enjoy constant problem solving aspect of software development. “
Jagadish Kadambala – Director, Software Development
We welcome Jagadish to New Orleans and iSeatz! He brings a wealth of experience in customer software delivery as well as Travel domain expertise, with stays at Worldspan and IHG!

Jim Curlewis – Release Manager
Jim “Boomerang” Curlewis has rejoined the iSeatz team in the newly created role of Release Manager. In this new role, Jim will own the release management process, including the scheduling, coordination, and management of all code changes in QA, Stage, and Production environments. He spent four years as a member of the Project Management team at iSeatz. Jim’s technical grasp of our platform and unmatched ability to dive into critical situations and offer alternative solutions will allow for him to make an immediate impact on our increasingly complex and growing release processes.

Kavita Reddy – Software Test Engineer
Kavita has more than two years experience planning and performing manual and automated testing. The Quality Assurance team is very happy to have Kavita onboard to provide QA testing support for the team.

Nick Peace – Vice President, Strategic Relations Group
Nick joins iSeatz in a newly created role of Vice President of our SRG team. Nick is currently based in DC and will be moving to New Orleans soon!

Christopher Snizik – Software Engineer
Chris comes to us from UNO and has 10 years of experience with developing software in healthcare and higher education. We are very excited to have Chris here!

Joshua Lavarine – Associate Software Engineer
Josh is a Front End Developer who joined iSeatz. The team looks forward to his contributions, and we are excited to have more company upstairs!

Cybill Shaffer – Office Culture Ambassador
Cybill comes to us with several years of experience in customer service, event planning and office management right here in New Orleans. We are looking forward to leveraging Cybill’s skills to enhance our (already pretty great) office culture and to support the People and Culture team with key initiatives.

Kunal Jawale – Software Test Engineer
Kunal brings experience in eCommerce and Banking domains and in both manual and automated testing techniques.

Alexa Welch – Software Engineer
Alexa comes to us fresh out of Operation Spark and we are very excited to have her here. Alexa is from Covington, and is a Loyola alum.

Austin Reed – Associate Software Engineer
Austin is a Front End Associate Software Engineer that will be joining the team.

Jon Mohon – Associate Software Engineer
Jon comes to us fresh out of Operation Spark and we are very excited to have him here. Like many of us, Jon is from all over, but considers New Orleans home.

David Winfield – Manager, Project Management
Dave comes to us with over nine years of experience managing software projects and leading teams in full SDLC management, risk assessment and mitigation, and process improvements.
As a certified project management professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt professional, we are looking forward to Dave applying his skills in project management best practices to help accelerate key PMO initiatives.

Lauren Moran – People and Culture Coordinator
Lauren comes to us with several years of experience in human resource administration and coordination and will be supporting us in the areas of benefits management, HR analytics and ADP Workforce NOW administration, to name a few.

Charles Mouk – Software Test Engineer
We bring a warm welcome to Charles (Charlie) who will be joining the one of our great scrum teams!

Jeffrey White – IT Services Intern
Jeffrey joined us as an intern who will be working in the IT Service Desk department. He was a member of his school’s robotics team, and mentored younger members.

Christian Roos – Quality Assurance Intern
Christian will provide support with laser focus on Functional Test Automation. Christian comes to us from UNO and instructs at the Software Design and Development lab and brings with him the enthusiasm to validate all the things.
“At iSeatz, I look forward to testing the front-end dimension of some web applications and broadening my knowledge of automated testing tools.Through our combined imaginative powers, we’ll test so many edge cases and configure so much form validation. So…much!”
